Pryors Hayes Cheshire Wedding Photographer

Kate & Anton got married in a beautiful outdoor ceremony in the wedding garden at Pryors Hayes venue in Cheshire. Their day was full of sunshine, games, laughter and epic dancing!

Kate & Anton were lucky enough to be one of the first couples to get married in the newly transformed Pryors Hayes wedding venue. Set in the heart of the Cheshire countryside the beautiful modern barn space boasts a gorgeous secluded wedding garden which in August was in full bloom. The weather was glorious, Kate and Anton couldn’t have wished for better weather, perfect for their outdoor ceremony, tying the knot under the gazebo which was covered in lush green leaves and blush pink camellia roses.

When we met Kate & Anton on their sunset pre wedding shoot earlier in the summer it was clear how much they loved each others company, with lots of cheeky little glances and smiles at the other while they weren’t looking. They are always laughing, joking and pulling faces at each other, which continued throughout their wedding day, which was a joy to capture.

Professional singers and dancers, they first met performing together on cruise ships. They have been lucky enough to explore so many amazing places around the world together whilst on tour, Anton even proposed on one of these trips under a beautiful waterfall in the Dominican.

Anton is Ukrainian and unfortunately his family could not be there on their wedding day. There were touches of his heritage including a traditional embroidered scarf used during the ceremony and the wooden words adorning the top table. There were also lots of heartfelt messages in speeches from Anton’s family and their cruise ship co-workers and friends who were unable to attend.

Anton showed off his crafty woodwork and painting skills, hand making all the wedding signs, order of the day and many decorations. He even hand made some lawn games which went down well in the garden with guests, we even had time for a quick game of the tin can shy ourselves, Zoe beating tom of course! Kate and Anton’s competitive spirit also came out whilst competing in a few games, we recon Kate was the overall winner, but Anton was a gracious loser. This was followed by Kate’s brother and Anton’s Best man having a very tense game of giant Jenga!

We were so lucky with the sunset on Kate & antons pre wedding shoot that they were super excited to to try and catch one on their wedding day also. Just as the sun was about to set we all jumped in golf buggies to raced across the course just in time for the last of the light and a beautiful golden hour couple shoot overlooking the lake and rollings hills of Pryors Hayes golf course.

We knew that in a room full of singers, dancers and actors, the dance floor would naturally be packed and Kate and Anton were right at the centre of it. Even on their wedding day their passion for entertainment shone, treating a captivated dance floor to a performance each. Kate’s powerful rendition of Tina Turner's “Rolling on the River” had everyone joining in, including us! And Anton’s epic dance moves to a Michael Jackson melody had every captivated we couldn’t image a more fitting way for Kate and Anton to end the night!
