An Autumnal Manchester pre wedding shoot in Fletcher Moss Park.

Jenn & Joe chose Fletcher Moss Park in Didsbury in for their autumnal pre wedding shoot, not far from where they both live in South Manchester. Fletcher Moss Park of our favourite places for pre wedding shoots as we find something different every time we go. We love the ever changing colours from season to season and autumn is a particular favourite, and the park is filled with beautiful rich ,red and gold backdrops. We returned to the park the following spring for a beautiful sunrise pre wedding shoot with Preyash & Bhavika, you can see their Didsbury wedding shoot photos here.

Jenn and Joe’s love of music and The National (our favourite band too!)

As soon as Jenn & Joe asked us if our business name was inspired by The National we knew we would get on with them really wel! We are indeed named after one of our favourite songs by The National, About Today, a band that we both love.

We wandered through the park on a sunny evening chatting about their plans for their winter Liverpool wedding day and getting to know each other. We soon discovered that we had a lot in common, especially our tastes in music and that our paths had even crossed several times in the past attending the same gigs in Manchester, including of course, The National! Their love of music is a big part of their lives, they met at a gig in Liverpool and they were planning an epic wedding playlist full of their favourites which as you can imagine we were excited to hear too!

A cool Liverpool city centre wedding at Oh My Oh My

Their wedding took place at the iconic, St Georges Hall in Liverpool, followed by reception drinks at their regular haunt The Ship & Mitre. They then partied the night away at the cool venue, Oh Me Oh My, only yards away from where they first met exactly four years previously. Check out their Liverpool wedding gallery here.
