We have so much to tell you about this week's preview of Nicola and Dave’s beautiful wedding day in Wales! We couldn’t wait to shoot a Tyn Dwr Hall wedding, it is nestled among the beautiful Welsh landscape and is a hidden gem of a wedding venue. The stunning 19th century hall has recently been renovated and transformed into a unique wedding venue, combining both rural charm and modern elegance. The main house retains it’s original character, with cosy fireplaces and grand windows, and has been beautifully mixed with contemporary decor. The newly added garden room is breathtaking, with its vaulted roof and floor to ceiling glass making the most of the view of the valley and flooding the space with beautiful light.

Nicola & Dave invested a lot of their own time and creativity into their day. Curating potted plants for decor, designing and making all the stationary themselves and Dave even made the cake! All the flowers were all hand selected and arranged by themselves too, we are in awe of their talent! Nicola’s bouquet was simply stunning, we fell in love her blend of colours and textures. The guests even took part too, bringing along delicious homemade cakes and bakes along for a bake off style competition! Nicola looked stunning in her bespoke Martina Liana lace dress which she purchased in New Zealand when visiting her sister.

The house is nestled among ancient woodland which we loved exploring on Nicola and Dave’s couple shoot. We absolutely love colour so were delighted to see the autumnal woodland splashed with pops of vivid red and bright yellows. The forest light was beautiful and it reminded us of their pre wedding shoot at Delamere Forest in Cheshire.

Nicola & Dave’s day was full of laughter and joy, and the dance floor was certainly full of some epic moves too! There were emotions in the speeches as Nicola’s mum read out a heartfelt message from her gran which she had written in their wedding card shortly before passing away.

We had such a great day capturing their wedding and hope to return to Tyn Dwr Hall again soon.
